Fri. Aug 27^th – Stewart’s Night Ride: Meet at the Xenia Armory to leave at 7pm to ride along the bike trail to Young’s Dairy for ice cream and ride back. Headlights are required for this ride. (937-728-9021-Paula) Some may meet at Young’s to leave at an earlier time to ride during daylight.

 

Sun. Sept 5^th – Swanks: Meet at the Swank home (89 Haley Road, Sabina-use 126 for GPS) to leave at 9am for a 30-40 mile ride with a lunch stop. (937-554-2427)

Sat. Sept 18^th – Scott Winkler: Meet at the Loveland Bike Station parking lot to leave at 10am for a 30 mile ride North on the bike trail. (937-725-8953)

Team Charlene participated in the Pan Ohio Hope Ride 29 July to August 1 raising nearly $20,000 for the American Cancer Society.  All team members rode all four days from Cleveland to Cincinnati.

 

Kent Stewart, club members, and friends, have the Cowan Lake Trail open from Sprague Road to the spillway.

The trail needs frequent care and cleaning and volunteers are welcome.  Call Kent  (937-655-8323) to help or ride.

 

GOBACA is set for October 9-10.    Leave from old Kmart parking to campground at Mineral Springs near Peebles.
